33bat Terms & Conditions

1.1 Access to and use of the 33bat platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older at the time of registration. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. 33bat reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any point during the lifecycle of an account. If satisfactory proof is not provided within the timeframe stipulated by 33bat, the account may be suspended until verification is complete.

1.2 You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction. If you are legally prohibited from online gambling in your country of residence, you are not permitted to use 33bat. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using this platform is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering.

1.3 33bat does not accept registrations from individuals located in jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by national law. 33bat makes no representation that the services offered through the platform are appropriate or legally available in any particular jurisdiction beyond those for which the platform is specifically designed.

1.4 Employees, contractors, agents and immediate family members of 33bat, its affiliates, software suppliers and payment processors are not eligible to hold player accounts or participate in any promotional offer. Any account found to be in violation of this restriction will be closed immediately.

2.1 To access the full range of 33bat services, you must complete the registration process via the 33bat Login page. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, a valid email address and a Bangladeshi mobile number capable of receiving SMS messages for two-step authentication.

2.2 Each individual is permitted to hold one and only one account on the 33bat platform. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited. If 33bat determines that a player holds or has held more than one account, all associated accounts may be closed and any pending withdrawals, open bets and bonus balances may be voided.

2.3 Before processing any withdrawal request, 33bat requires successful completion of its Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification procedure. Players must submit a valid government-issued photo identification document (National Identity Card, passport or driving licence) and, where required, proof of current residential address dated within 90 days. 33bat may additionally request documentation confirming ownership of the payment method used for deposits.

2.4 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. 33bat will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to keep your credentials secure. Any suspected unauthorised access must be reported to [email protected] immediately.

2.5 Account transfers, sales and assignments to third parties are strictly prohibited. You may not allow another individual to use your 33bat account for any purpose, including placing bets on your behalf.

2.6 33bat reserves the right to carry out enhanced due diligence checks on any account at any time, including requests for source-of-funds documentation for large transactions. Failure to provide requested documentation within the stated deadline may result in account suspension or closure.

3.1 33bat supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank), Upay (United Commercial Bank), and direct bank transfer to and from Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank and Sonali Bank. International card payments via Visa and Mastercard are accepted where the issuing bank permits transactions with internationally operated gaming platforms.

3.2 The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Minimum withdrawal amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of withdrawal request in the account dashboard. 33bat does not charge processing fees on deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket or Upay. Where third-party payment providers apply their own transaction charges, these charges are borne by the player.

3.3 Deposits made via mobile banking channels (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are credited to the 33bat account balance within minutes of confirmed payment. Bank transfer deposits are credited upon clearance of the receiving bank, typically within one Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) banking business day.

3.4 Withdrawals are processed exclusively to verified accounts. The payment method used for a withdrawal must, where operationally feasible, correspond to the payment method used for the most recent deposit of equivalent or greater value. This measure is applied to comply with anti-money laundering obligations. 33bat reserves the right to apply additional verification steps before processing withdrawal requests at its sole discretion.

3.5 All funds deposited into a 33bat account must originate from a payment source owned and controlled by the registered account holder. Deposits made using third-party payment sources are prohibited. Any withdrawal requested to a payment method not registered in the account holder's name will be declined and may trigger a fraud investigation.

3.6 33bat is not a financial institution. Account balances held on the platform are not covered by any deposit protection scheme. Players are advised not to hold large uninvested balances on the platform for extended periods.

4.1 33bat may from time to time offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions and event-specific offers tied to BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup matches and other sporting events. All promotional offers are subject to the specific terms published on the relevant promotion page, which are incorporated by reference into these Terms & Conditions.

4.2 Unless expressly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, all bonus funds and free spin winnings are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, minimum qualifying odds, eligible games and expiry periods are specified in each promotion's terms. Players are responsible for reading and understanding promotion-specific terms before claiming any offer.

4.3 Bonuses are issued for personal recreational use only. The use of bonus funds in a systematic, professional or arbitrage-oriented manner — including low-risk or zero-risk hedging strategies — constitutes misuse of the promotional system and will result in the cancellation of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.

4.4 A promotional offer may be claimed once per eligible player, per household, per device and per IP address unless the offer explicitly states otherwise. Accounts detected attempting to claim a single-use offer multiple times through the use of duplicate accounts, shared devices or VPN services will be disqualified from the promotion and may be subject to account review.

4.5 33bat reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotional offer at any time. If a promotion is cancelled after a player has already opted in, any bonus funds already credited will be honoured subject to the applicable wagering requirements, unless the cancellation is the result of misuse or a system error.

4.6 Promotional offers are not transferable and have no cash value prior to the completion of applicable wagering requirements. Bonus funds may not be transferred between players or combined with other bonus offers unless the relevant promotion terms expressly permit this.

5.1 All bets placed on the 33bat sportsbook are subject to the specific sporting event rules applicable to that market. Cricket betting markets covering BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers and other fixtures are governed by the event rules published in the sportsbook interface. In the event of any ambiguity, the 33bat trading team's decision is final.

5.2 Bets accepted in error — including bets accepted at clearly incorrect odds resulting from a pricing error, technical fault or data feed failure — will be voided at 33bat's discretion. Where void bets form part of an accumulator, the accumulator will be recalculated excluding the voided selection.

5.3 All casino game outcomes, including slots, live dealer games and crash game rounds, are determined by certified random number generation systems. 33bat does not manipulate game outcomes under any circumstance. Returns to player (RTP) percentages for individual slot titles are published by the game providers and are available on request.

5.4 In-play (live) betting markets may be suspended at any time due to match events, data delays or operational requirements. Bets placed immediately before a suspension or immediately after the occurrence of the relevant event may be voided. It is the player's responsibility to ensure that in-play bets are placed intentionally and with full awareness of the current match status.

5.5 Maximum bet limits, minimum bet limits and payout caps apply to all markets. These limits are displayed within the betting interface and may be adjusted at 33bat's discretion without prior notice, including where a player has been identified as a professional or systematic bettor.

5.6 33bat reserves the right to limit, restrict or close a player account where betting patterns suggest abuse of promotions, exploitation of pricing errors or engagement in strategies inconsistent with recreational gambling. Such decisions are made at 33bat's sole discretion and are not subject to appeal except on grounds of factual error.

6.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 33bat platform. Engaging in any of the actions listed below will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of any account balance, and may result in referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account or assisting another person in doing so for the purpose of exploiting promotional offers;
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent personal information during registration or verification;
• Using automated bots, scripts, software tools or artificial intelligence to place bets, interact with the platform or exploit pricing;
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing or any activity that seeks to influence the outcome of an event on which bets are placed via 33bat;
• Using the 33bat platform for money laundering, terrorist financing or any other illegal financial activity;
• Colluding with other players in live casino games, poker or any other multi-player format;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors or undisclosed system vulnerabilities for financial gain;
• Harassing, threatening or abusing 33bat customer support staff or other players through any communication channel.

6.2 Any winnings or balances accumulated as a result of prohibited conduct are not legitimate and will not be paid out. 33bat reserves the right to recover funds from a player where prohibited conduct is detected after a withdrawal has been processed, including through civil legal proceedings where necessary.

7.1 33bat employs 256-bit SSL encryption across every page of the platform to protect the transmission of personal data and financial information between your device and the 33bat servers. All sensitive account data is stored in encrypted form in access-controlled environments.

7.2 Personal information collected during registration and verification is used exclusively for account management, identity verification, payment processing, fraud prevention and compliance with applicable legal obligations. 33bat does not sell, lease or rent personal data to unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes.

7.3 Two-step login verification via SMS is available to all 33bat account holders and is strongly recommended. Where 33bat determines that an account may have been compromised, it reserves the right to enforce two-step verification as a mandatory measure before granting access.

8.1 33bat provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While 33bat takes reasonable measures to ensure continuous service availability, it does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from technical faults at all times. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where operationally practicable.

8.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 33bat shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, incidental or punitive losses arising from: (a) the use of or inability to use the platform; (b) bets placed during periods of data feed failure or odds pricing errors; (c) unauthorised account access resulting from a player's failure to maintain credential security; (d) delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers.

8.3 Gambling involves financial risk. Players acknowledge that they may lose funds placed as bets or wagers on the 33bat platform. 33bat accepts no liability for any financial loss resulting from normal gambling activity. Players are responsible for managing their own gambling within their personal financial means.

8.4 Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall exclude or limit 33bat's liability for death or personal injury arising from its proven negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation, to the extent that such exclusions are prohibited by applicable law.

9.1 You may request the closure of your 33bat account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Prior to processing a closure request, 33bat will settle any outstanding bets and process any pending withdrawal to your verified payment method. Closure requests from players who have opted into a self-exclusion period will be processed immediately in line with the responsible gaming framework.

9.2 33bat reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances: (a) breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions; (b) failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe; (c) evidence of fraudulent activity, prohibited conduct or money laundering; (d) account inactivity for a continuous period exceeding 12 months; (e) regulatory or compliance requirements that render continued operation of the account impermissible.

9.3 Upon closure of an account for reasons other than a breach by the player, any verified balance remaining in the account will be returned to the player via the most recently used verified payment method, less any applicable administrative fees where permitted by applicable law. Where an account is closed due to a breach, balances may be forfeited in whole or in part depending on the nature of the breach.

9.4 An account that has been inactive for 12 consecutive months (no login, no deposit, no bet placed) may be classified as dormant. 33bat will attempt to notify the account holder via their registered email address before applying a monthly dormancy administration fee as disclosed in the account fee schedule. Players who wish to reactivate a dormant account should contact [email protected].

10.1 33bat reserves the right to revise, update or replace any provision of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Revisions will take effect upon publication of the updated Terms on this page. The effective date displayed at the top of this document will be updated to reflect the date of the most recent revision.

10.2 Where a proposed amendment materially affects the rights or obligations of existing account holders, 33bat will endeavour to provide at least 14 days' advance notice via the registered email address associated with each affected account. Material changes include, but are not limited to, changes to fee structures, payment processing policies, withdrawal limits and bonus wagering requirements.

10.3 Your continued use of the 33bat platform following publication of any revised Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of those revisions. If you do not agree with any revision to these Terms, you must cease using the platform and request account closure in accordance with Section 9 of this document.

10.4 33bat recommends that all account holders review this page periodically to remain informed of the current Terms. Archived versions of previous Terms & Conditions are available on request by contacting [email protected].

11.1 For any questions relating to these Terms & Conditions, account management, payment queries or any other matter, players may contact the 33bat support team at any time by writing to [email protected]. Support is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year including Bangladesh public holidays such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day (16 December) and Independence Day (26 March).

11.2 If you believe that 33bat has acted in breach of these Terms & Conditions or that your account has been handled incorrectly, you are entitled to raise a formal dispute by emailing [email protected] with the subject line "Formal Dispute — [Your Account Username]". 33bat will acknowledge receipt of the dispute within 48 hours and provide a substantive response within 10 Bangladesh Standard Time business days.

11.3 In the event that a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaints process described in clause 11.2, the matter may be referred to an independent third-party mediator agreed upon by both parties. The costs of such mediation shall be borne equally unless the mediator determines otherwise.

11.4 These Terms & Conditions and any dispute arising from the use of the 33bat platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 33bat is incorporated, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection provisions that may apply in the player's country of residence.
